 THE Tc’S JOB

Are you curious what your Transaction Coordinator does?  We know that there can be 100+ tasks to get to closing.  What if I told you that you do 3 of them, and we do the rest! 

Your job is to

     1. Draft contracts

     2. Negotiate terms of the contract, Inspection, and Appraisal

     3. Fight for your client to get the home of the dreams!

Of the many tasks involved in getting a contract successfully to closing, here is a basic summary of our top duties as your TC:

*Make sure all documents are complete, signed, compliant, and turned in to the  office.

 *Keep you, your clients, the cooperating agent, the lender, and attorney up to date on all contract details and dates.

     *Confirm that inspection and appraisal are scheduled, and follow up.

     *Weekly communication with Lender, Agents, and clients if requested.
